lokkie83 asked: Were you this morning in Baltramiejaus muge? I thought i saw someone very similar to you, but didnt feel polite to go and say "hey, i guess im following you on tumblr!" xD
Yeah I was ^_^ At first I went just as a spectator, but one of the photographers asked why I’m not among the medieval folk, so I went again in the evening all dressed up and had some interesting discussions with some of the craftswomen! Came back just now.
Last week I took part in a LARP game for the first time in my life =) The setting was in Samogitia (part of modern Lithuania) AD 1302, and I played as a destitute Samogitian nobleman. In the end my character found a wife (pictured above) and thus regained his ancestral lands :D
These pics are the last made with my hair in their original (even if a bit lightened) colour.
The birds are completely black: black plumage with a greenish shine, black legs and toe nails, black beak and tongue, black comb and wattles, black meat and bones and even dark organs. The breed originated from the island of Java, Indonesia.
This variety of birds is considered a melanistic phase, ie their cells overproduce melanin, painting them all black.
